About Us
WHO WE ARE
Founded in April 2018 in Kumba, Southwest Region of Cameroon, Health Services Partner Cameroon (HSPC) began as an association.In recognition of its impactful work and growing organizational capacity, HSPC was officially elevated to the status of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in April 2020. Our mission is to improve community health and address social service and environmental health challenges, including gender-based violence and non-communicable diseases, affecting impoverished and at-risk populations in underserved regions of Cameroon. We empower women and address not only the symptoms of physical illness but also the underlying social, economic, and environmental factors contributing to poor health outcomes.
HSPC Strategic Plan Goals
- Operational Effectiveness: Strengthen our organizational structure, processes, and operations to ensure the timely delivery of customer-oriented, efficient public services to our communities.
- Fiscal Sustainability: Enhance HSPC’s capacity to sustain essential public services through proactive and prudent fiscal management.
- Integrated Service Delivery: Leverage partnerships and integrate health, community services, research, and best practices to deliver measurable improvements in health outcomes.
HSPC Operational Goals
- Develop innovative outreach programs for health screenings, disease prevention, and health promotion.
- Provide health education and lifestyle change programs that meet the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
- Enhance community engagement through partnerships with local communities, the Ministry of Public Health, and other service providers.
- Address social challenges by organizing activities that connect communities to vital resources, improve awareness, and encourage healthier lifestyle choices.
